Wildcard to debut in European event
Wildcard will begin their journey tomorrow in the United21 Season 7, a C-Tier event, according to Liquipedia. The event will be excellent practice for the North American team as they earn more European experience.
The event winner will get a spot in the second division of the European Pro League Season 12, which features the likes of ENCE Academy, Astralis Talent, Sashi, FTW, and many more.
Coming back to United21 S7, the biggest names present at the event are Anonymo, who just lost to M80 in CCT East Europe S3, Sashi, coached by Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen, Astralis Talent, and HAVU.
The tournament has two stages. The first is a group stage of four groups of four with a double-elimination GSL format where the top two teams advance, followed by the double-elimination bracket playoffs. All matches are Bo3s.
Wildcard was drawn in group B, alongside Zero Tenacity, a roster of two Serbians, two Bosnians, and a Montenegrin, sYnck from Estonia, and Rhyno from Portugal. The debut game will be against Zero Tenacity tomorrow at 04:00AM.
