Chaos replace wippie with vanity
Chaos have permanently added former eUnited IGL Anthony "vanity" Malaspina to their lineup as a replacement for Maxim "wippie" Shepelev. vanity joins the team after having stood-in for wippie against Singularity in WINNERS League Season 3 Invite on January 20th.
vanity joins Chaos after being released from eUnited on January 2nd, ending his 11-month tenure with the organization. During his time on the bench, vanity notably led CSGO-MDL to a Fragadelphia 14 victory over Divine and won Mythic Cup 5 with Just For Fun.
The departure of wippie from Chaos comes as a result of the Russian player being unable to obtain a P-1 visa to play with the team on a permanent basis, with the player being in the United States on a student visa. Additionally, as first reported on by Dust2.us, wippie was unable to join the team at their team house in Arizona due to going to school in a different state.
As a result, Chaos' lineup is now:
- Cameron "cam" Kern
- Joshua "steel" Nissan
- Ben "ben1337" Smith
- Owen "smooya" Butterfield
- Anthony "vanity" Malaspina
- Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman (Coach)
- Gage "Infinite" Green (Inactive)
vanity will be making his formal debut with Chaos sometime in the next two weeks, as ESEA MDL Season 33 is set to finally begin on January 30th. Additionally, the team are set to travel to China for WESG 2019 on March 1st.
