ITB Founder comments on NEOFRAG dismissal

This morning, Adam "NEOFRAG" Zouhar was dismissed from UK organization Into the Breach after only 22 days with the organization. The move also came after longtime coach Gustavo "Juve" Alexandre parted ways with the organization, citing both professional and personal reasons.

As for NEOFRAG, his dismissal appeared more suddenly and was a shock to many in the community. The organization issued a statement to Twitter this morning characterizing the departure in somewhat vague terms, but clear that something had occurred which went against the values of the team.

Our decision is based on comments and perspectives displayed which do not align with our attitudes regarding inclusivity and equality... There have been unequivocal breaches of our morals and company standards we cannot overlook.

The decision to part ways with NEOFRAG clearly derives from comments or actions by the individual that go against inclusivity and equality. Many speculated that this was due to a potentially old clip from a YouTube video posted by the rifler's old team, SINNERS. In the clip, commenters allege that NEOFRAG said a racial slur.

With many believing that this was the reason, ITB Founder Sam Macedonio took to Twitter to say that parting ways with NEOFRAG was "due to recent behavior, not an old clip" and that he "didn't make this decision lightly."

None of NEOFRAG's teammates at this time have publicly commented on the matter.
