PGL and Perfect World looking to host second Major of 2024 in Shanghai
Despite not being out yet, Counter-Strike 2 is now set to have its two majors of 2024 already booked, as PGL and Perfect World are looking to take the game to Asia.
PGL will host the first Major of 2024 in Copenhagen, but with the Shanghai Major, the organizer will be partnering with Perfect World to help facilitate and produce the event.
The information was obtained and revealed by Dust2 Brasil and HLTV. The prospective dates dates align with Valve’s proposed dates for the 2025 and 2026 Majors. The reported dates for the Shanghai Major are December 1st as its start and will end December 15th, with the RMRs happening from October 26th to November 13th.

The reported dates for the Shanghai Major are:
-
RMR: October 26th-November 13th
-
Major: December 1st-15th
