How to find out if you've been invited to the recent CS2 Beta

Just yesterday, Valve released another sweeping update for the CS2 Limited Test Beta, introducing the majorly-overhauled Overpass, a lit-up Vertigo, and the Wingman game mode into the game. Now just a day later, the developers have announced another wave of invitations to the closed beta.

To check to see if you have received an invitation to the closed beta, you simply need to launch Counter-Strike: Global Offensive as you normally would. If your account has been selected to participate in the CS2 beta, you will see a large icon above the news section of the main menu inviting you to enroll in the beta. The image below is an example of what you should be seeing if you received a beta invite:

If your main menu doesn't look like the one above, try not to fret! With a current release date of summer of this year, and considering the increase in the rate of updates for the beta from Valve, the ability to play a fully-released version of CS2 may not be in the so-far distant future.
