FURIA getting ready to bootcamp in Malta HQ

The training center has opened just recently.

FURIA told Dust2 Brasil that the team will be starting the bootcamp next Thursday at the newly-built FURIA's European headquarters, located in Mellieha, a city in Malta. Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo is the only member leaving for Malta today, while the rest will join a few days later.

This is the first time the entire Counter-Strike squad will enjoy the new facilities, which have an approximate running cost of $150,000 USD for the first six months.

While this is the only headquarters the organization has in Europe, the FURIA brand has been getting established all over the globe. The team has an "esports center" in Wynwood, Miami, team offices in São Paulo, and now a training facility in Malta, where ESL Pro League usually happens and FURIA is always present thanks to the Louvre Agreement.

FURIA will have more than two weeks to prepare for IEM Cologne Play-in and to adjust roles and strategies that can fit in FalleN and Marcelo "chelo" Cespedes' playstyles. Expectations are high, with the players dreaming of finally collecting some hardware for the numerous HQs the organization has built up.

The IEM Cologne Play-in starts on the 26th of June and Imperial will be joined by 15 other teams which include Liquid, Imperial, and paiN.
