CEVO and Gfinity announce CS:GO Winter Series 2018
The new season includes a total prize pool increase of $17,000 across three divisions.
With CEVO Season 13 having come to an end in North America last night, the tournament provider and partner Gfinity have already announced the details for their next season.
Dubbed the Gfinity CS:GO Winter Series, the online season will feature an eight-week long regular season, followed by playoffs. Whereas Season 13 featured a $33,000 prize pool across the Main, Intermediate and Amateur divisions, the Winter Series will have a $50,000 total purse. Main, CEVO's top division, has seen an $5,000 increase, bringing the purse for the event to $15,000.
Registration will be open until January 11, 2018, and interested teams can do so here. The regular season will then commence on January 15th.
