Evil Geniuses confirm long-expected additions
After extended periods without an official fifth for their Black and White squads, Evil Geniuses have finally confirmed the additions of Jeorge "jeorgesnorts" Endicott and Khizar "Momo" Rehman to their respective lineups. The duo come in as permanent replacements for Connor "chop" Sullivan and Jonathan "djay" Dallal, who left EG Black and EG White on November 17th and November 30th, respectively.
jeorgesnorts joins EG Black with much fanfare after a very successful 2022. During his time with the current Nouns core and as a stand-in for EG Black, jeorge maintained an impressive 1.13 rating over the course of a massive 237 maps. Additionally, despite only playing his first LAN event in May, jeorge posted a 1.13 rating over 20 maps, including a 1.21 rating at the IEM Rio Americas RMR.
His addition to Evil Geniuses' sprawling NA CS:GO was long expected as he played for Evil Geniuses Black for two months and was also recently listed as a potential stand-in for the BLAST Spring Groups, although he is unlikely to play.
As for Momo, while he had a difficult start to the year with the defunct Bad News Bears lineup, the Pakistani powerhouse ended 2023 with a strong 1.07 rating over 150 maps. His addition to Evil Geniuses White was less certain as he only played a single event with the team – CCT North America Series 2 before the end of 2022. However, Momo cut an impressive figure in that event, mounting a 1.38 rating over nine maps, albeit against a lower level of opposition for the majority of the event. Momo will hopefully be able to continue his growth under the experienced leadership of Ben "ben1337" Smith.
