motm's quest ends, prepares for the Singularity
Less than a month after joining the quest, it now appears that Ian "motm" Hardy is preparing for a move to Singularity, where he is likely to join up with the other recent addition, Gage "Infinite" Green. This potential move will also mark a reunion for motm, Infinite, and Josh "oSee" Ohm, who all played together during Season 27 with Etherian.
During his short-lived tenure on the quest, motm helped the team to qualify to Advanced in the second open qualifier. However, he unexpectedly left the team today leaving many to question what his next move may be. It now seems that he is set to return to the MDL on Singularity, having joined the team's ESEA roster, where he and Infinite are set to act as the replacements for Anthony "vanity" Malaspina and Victor "food" Wong.
During Season 29, motm was notably a member of Vireo.pro, AZIO, and Vision before having his time cut short on all three squads. Additionally, he helped Swole Patrol in their ESEA Finals appearance, managing a spectacular 1.41 rating during their matches again cantwinalan. Likewise, in Swole Patrol's short-lived Global Challenge run, motm still put up a respectable 0.96 rating.
With the addition of motm, Singularity's roster should be:
- Joshua "oSee" Ohm
- Cameron "hydrex" Kern
- Ryan "ryann" Welsh
- Gage "Infinite" Green
- Ian "motm" Hardy
- Jared "MAC-1" Schneider (coach)
Likewise, with motm's departure, the quest now consists of:
- Matthew "mCe" Elmore
- Logan "Voltage" Long
- Jack "xCeeD" Holiman
- Trevor "FrostayK" Bandle
- Zyrus "Osodank" Bechstein (Coach)
the quest is currently on the lookout for a new fifth, and they have little time to do so, as they are set to face Clarity in their opening Advanced match on January 16th.
