WorldGaming announce talent for WESG Canada Regional Finals
One day out from EGLX 2018 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, WorldGaming have announced the talent lineup for the Canadian Finals of WESG. Canadian representatives Garett "Grt" Bambrough and Keith "Seaside" LaFortune will be in action along with Americans John "BLU" Mullen and Dustin "dusT" Mouret.
Grt has been on a slight hiatus as of late, last seen coaching the Canadian roster Grizzlys, and having participated in the MDL back in Season 27. EGLX will mark his return to broadcast work since WorldGaming and Cineplex Entertainment ran their Canadian Championship Series in 2017.
Seaside is an established qualifier commentator most recently working on the IEM Chicago, ESL New York, and ZOTAC Americas events. While casting CS:GO, he's also been dipping his toes into Rainbow Six: Siege as a caster for Canadian tournament organizer Northern Arena.
BLU and dusT are the Americans of the bunch, both having most recently done work for DreamHack events in June, attending DreamHack Summer and Austin together. dusT will be making a return to Canada after his time during DreamHack Montreal in September.
The lineup will look as such:
- Garett "Grt" Bambrough
- Keith "Seaside" LaFortune
- John "BLU" Mullen
- Dustin "dusT" Mouret
The team list for the event is below:
Ghost | Grizzlys |
LiviD | Poutine Warriors |
EGLX will be running from October 26th to 28th in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
