Spacestation and Vireo.pro advance to WESG USA Regional Finals
With the online playoffs for WESG USA complete, Spacestation — who qualified after a tiebreaker game against Whatever It Takes — and Vireo.pro have emerged as the two teams who will join Gorilla Gang and Swole Patrol in Los Angeles.
The two, poor unfortunate souls who didn't make it through the playoffs were iNTACT and Infamous, who played each other first in the bracket.
iNTACT seemed unable to get the ball rolling without Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman in the lineup, choosing to go with their coach Rich "Rich" Sylvestri throughout the tournament. This resulted in Infamous steam rolling the Advanced squad in a fast 2-0 (16-5 Train, 16-6 Inferno).

Following a tiebreaker match against WiT, Spacestation made their way into the bracket playing against Vireo.pro first. Due to David "DAVEY" Stafford being Canadian, Spacestation were only able to field one of their two new additions in Chad "oderus" Miller with ex-teammate Logan "Voltage" Long filling in for DAVEY.
Under the circumstances, Voltage wasn't able to perform to his previous level like he had been in the MDL, and posted a -17 in the 2-0 loss (16-12 Mirage, 16-9 Cache).

The matchup that saw Vireo.pro advance to Santa Anita Park was a 2-0 series, this time taking on Infamous who were boasting the mercenary Thomas "Axed" Ryan in place of Mike "real_bM" Desanto.
With the teamless player, Infamous were able to replicate their success against iNTACT as they were able to keep it close on Mirage despite losing 19-17 in overtime, but ultimately fell short 16-8 on Inferno.

In the elimination round, Spacestation saw themselves against iNTACT, and in exciting fashion, Ryan "Snakes" Amann had another impressive outing as he topped the scoreboard at 60 frags over 62 rounds, averaging 107.2 damage per round by the end of the series.
With both teams fielding stand-ins, the scorelines were tighter than expected. Spacestation just barely managed to edge out iNTACT on Nuke 19-16 in overtime after clawing back from a 7-15 deficit before oderus and co. put an end to the series with a 16-11 win on Overpass.

The final duel saw yet another 2-0 series between Spacestation and Infamous, deciding who would be the squad that would make their mark in Los Angeles. With this final 2-0, not a single series went to all three maps today.
It appeared as if Spacestation became comfortable playing with Voltage once again, however the same could not be said for Infamous as the team struggled to fire on all cylinders with Axed.
Snakes and Gage "Infinite" Green took over on Cache, both dominating with 23 and 24 frags respectively in a 16-4 performance. Dust2 would begin to appear close as Spacestation lead just 8-7 at the half, but once they switched over to the T-side, they completely took over, finishing the map 16-8.
