FPL Recap - oBo tops the ladder, food comes back up

oBo now knows how to feels to win FPL man.

The summer season is starting and the June season of FPL has come down to a close, with the final week of the month over. At the top of the leaderboards this final week sits the young Owen "oBo" Schlatter, who qualified for FPL back in the April FPL-C season.

Just below the young oBo is Victor "food" Wong, who has been slowly climbing his way back up the FPL ladder after falling to Edgar "MarKE" Jimenez at the start of June. In addition to taking second place, he also topped the scoreboard for the June season as a whole. MarKE, after falling out of the top 20 of FPL last week, has returned, albeit just barely in 20th place and tied with Michael "Uber" Stapells at 1,524 points.

With ESL One Cologne coming up and no major North American events taking place during the week, many MDL and Pro League players took the time to climb up the ranks, with players such as Tarik "tarik" Celik and Noah "Nifty" Francis high in the rankings. Speaking of rankings, the full standings can be found on FACEIT's website.

Moving on down into the FPL Challenger division, the June FPL-C season has wrapped up with two players invited straight to the FACEIT Pro League. Richard "levy" Levy and Clutch Solutions' David "Sneaky" Polster top the division and will be given their spots in the next season of FPL and $1,250 and $750 respectively.

4. Canada Victor "cardiac" Kwan 1192 $250
5. United States Michael "orbit" Faulkner 1190 $250

Lower, the third and fourth places have been completely changed, as Alexander "zander" Diaz and Really Old Person Victor "cardiac" Kwan have swiped the $500 and $250 cash prizes, but were unable to swipe either of the FPL slots. And just below, Michael "orbit" Faulkner retains his spot in fifth place from last week. As is with FPL, the full standings table can be found on FACEIT’s website.
