Axed: "tyfoon as a teammate and player was a nightmare"
After the news of Marian "tyfoon" Lesnic leaving Levitate hit, Thomas "Axed" Ryan reached out to Dust2.us to offer his side of "what actually happened to Levitate".
Axed claims that after six weeks together as a team, the team had no strats to speak of, and that in-game leader Jacob "SPERMY" Younan "brought little structure to the team".
The teams issues with tyfoon originated from his (now former) teammates viewing him as "stat hunting baiter that refused to take criticism or advice from anyone". The situation was certainly not helped by the player sleeping through two matches, in which the team used Collin "wrath" McSweegan (albeit on an alt account).
Axed went on to say that only himself and Hunter "koga" Allen made it online for practice every night, and the team frequently practiced with four players or not at all. Axed feels that tyfoon "killed our team from the inside", and that Levitate was "the most stressful team I have ever played on".
Ultimately, Axed wishes the majority of his former teammates well, but says that tyfoon "as a teammate and player was a nightmare".
Levitate currently find themselves down to three members after the departures of tyfoon and Axed, and sit at 3-7 in MDL with six matches left to play.
