F1-racecar-PEEK stiffen roster with floppy; tropiiical jams out
Just a day after it was reported F1-racecar-PEEK would play with floppy for the Americas Minor NA Open Qualifier, it has been announced that the 18-year-old has been added onto the roster as the team’s permanent fifth.

The roster had recently lost Daniel "tropiiical" Elshani and looked to find a fifth player before the fourth Americas Minor NA Open Qualifier in order to qualify for the NA Minor Closed Qualifier. The 18 year old American has had previous experience playing in MDL, having played for Torqued, Armada Esport, and ex-Atmosphere to name a few examples.
With floppy as a permanent member, F1’s roster is now:
- Alex "lanhero" Suarez
- Danny "huynh" Huynh
- Gabe "Spongey" Greiner
- Jake "kaboose" McDonald
- Ricky "floppy" Kemery
With floppy on the roster, the team have successfully made it to Round of 8 in the fourth and last Americas Minor North American Open Qualifier. At 3:00 PM EDT, F1 will take on Born Again Hard for a chance to proceed to the Round of 4. The team had previously made it to the Round of 4 in the second NA Minor Open Qualifier before losing to Mythic in a 2-0 series.
As well as that Week 5 of MDL is revving up soon with F1 currently 4-1 in the standings. F1's newest addition will be tested in the following week, as the team goes up against Mythic, XFORCE, and Vikings in the coming days.
Following his departure from F1, tropiiical has migrated over to MDL Jammers, who are also competing in MDL, for the remainder of the ESEA season.
Along with tropiiical, former Splyce player Zack "XotiC" Elshani has also joined the Jammers roster. It is unknown if he will join the active roster.
Based on the second-half roster proposed by the team at the beginning of the season, and the departure of Bobby "stamina" Eitrem, MDL Jammers' roster could be as follows:
- Sebastian "retchy" Tropiano
- Lucas "fiziq" Blow
- Antonio "AB" Benzan
- Bradley "crazylegs" Waddington
- Daniel "tropiiical" Elshani
MDL Jammers currently find themselves near the bottom of the MDL table, with only two wins to their name after eight matches played. However, that number of matches played now does free up the team to use whatever players they want, no longer having to use members from last season.
