WPL Season 1 comes to a close; Season 2 prizes increased to $1,500

The first season of the Dust2.us Western Pro League has finally come to an end, with SBE_Jaden topping Division 1 and Aceflyin leading the way for Division 2. The two players will take home the lion's share of the remaining $500 in our Season 1 prize pool as well as a hefty purse of FACEIT points to spend in the online store.

Season 2 has already begun, with many players already taking notice of the increase to our prizes. The new prize distribution for each division can be found below:

Season 1 Recap

The top three Division 1 spots were neck-an-neck, but it wasn't until the very end that SBE_Jaden stole the number one slot away from Vanity, with only a single win separating the two. The Weekend Cup winner, cole, fell just four points short of surpassing the MDL veteran himself. Vanity now moves onto the greener pastures of FPL-C after his recent bump up, while the remaining top 30 in the standings will now compete in a qualifier to join him.

Division 2 was dominated from start to finish by none other than Aceflyin. While he may not have had the most games played in the division (a record held by __Jyn__ with 123), his ratio of games played vs. his percentage won net him a whopping 2,077 points, putting him 64 points ahead of second place point leader In0X- and 183 points over third, cl0uds.

Players that have ascended to levels 9-10 will be auto-bumped to Division 1, unable to to compete any longer in Division 2. This includes:
