BlackOut drop TenZ again, this time for MAKKA
After the dissolution of Say No More, the majority of the players from the Ghost Academy roster of last season found themselves without a team. The second of these players has now found a new team, with Bryan "MAKKA" Drouillard joining BlackOut in place of Tyson "TenZ" Ngo, reuniting with Chad "Oderus" Miller, Dust2.us has learned.
This will be the second time that TenZ has been removed from the starting lineup, as the 16 year old Canadian was previously kicked while David "dee" Ngo stood in. This squad has seen many roster moves since then, with Adam "juice" Sar replacing Jake "kaboose" McDonald, and then Oderus replacing juice.
BlackOut is currently 4-5 in MDL, with wins over Rise Nation and eRa, but losses to subtLe and LFAO. With new additions of Oderus and MAKKA the team's chances of keeping a spot for the next season seems likely, but it'll be a grind to make the playoffs.
This isn't the last we'll see of TenZ though, as he is far ahead of the rest in Rank G, and will probably be the one to secure the invite to Rank S. He will also likely travel to China to compete in the WESG World Finals with Kyle "OCEAN" O'Brien's subtLe.
Here is BlackOut's new roster:
- Giovanni "Fighter" Leo
- Daniel "impsta" Whaley
- Alex "aproto" Protopapas
- Chad "Oderus" Miller
- Bryan "MAKKA" Drouillard
- Jake "kaboose" McDonald (Inactive)
- Tyson "TenZ" Ngo (Inactive)
BlackOut's next match will be tomorrow evening against Não Tem Como, a very important match for both team's chances this season.
