Mythic add hazed, LeX steps down
The stream team have added a new face to their broadcasts with the addition of James "hazed" Cobb, who joins the team in place of Alexander "LeX" Deily. A tweet from the organization indicates that LeX has stepped down to help Mythic emerge in the Battalion 1944 scene.
The announcement follows Mythic's dismal performance in their opening matches in MDL, where they fell to Mask Off, Ghost Academy, and RONIN. The team was also recently seen competing in North America's WESG Finals, but chose to forfeit their chance to play in China.
Hazed has most recently been seen streaming Rank S while he took a break from competitive play. His last official match saw him lose in series play with a mixteam at SANLAN in December, although his last MDL matches were with Muffin Lightning back in September. He'll look to face his former teammates, Ryan "freakazoid" Abadir and Austin "Cooper-" Abadir, both of whom play on Swole Patrol in season 27.
Mythic's roster is now:
- Eric "adreN" Hoag
- Todd "anger" Williams
- Erik "fl0m" Flom
- Adam "Polen" Polen
- James "hazed" Cobb
Mythic's new roster will debut against CheckSix on Wednesday at 8:30 PM EST for their fourth MDL match.
