Former FRENCH CANADIANS join forces with Rise Nation for WESG
Yesterday Rise Nation's Kaleb "moose" Jayne announced the slightly tweaked roster for the team that topped the WESG Canada qualifier as FRENCH CANADIANS.
Under the moniker of The Onliners, moose's teammate Andy "vSa" Xu will join the squad's main roster, in lieu of Keven "PLAYER1" Champagne, who has taken a step back from the game but is still present as a backup. Also joining in on the fun will be Yassine "Subroza" Taofik and Anthony "gMd" Guimond, the latter of which just recently joined up with Ghost Academy.
The Onliners roster for WESG North America will be:
- Andy "vSa" Xu
- Kaleb "moose" Jayne
- Yassine "Subroza" Taofik
- Anthony "gMd" Guimond
- Loic "effys" Sauvageau
- Keven "PLAYER1" Champagne (Backup)
Interestingly, at the time of the WESG Canada, the roster was comprised of 4 FRENCH CANADIANS members, and the stand-in moose. Now, two months later, the squad will be composed of players from a likely four teams, depending on where Subroza eventually winds up.
The now online WESG North America Regional Finals is set to kick off February 1st. Among the other teams in attendance will be favorites SK and Cloud9, as well as the MDL trio of subtLe, Mythic, and Swole Patrol.
