Knox Esports announce Christmas Strike LAN

The community tournament will use winter-themed maps.

Knoxville-based LAN center Knox Esports have announced their plans for a community CS2 tournament named Christmas Strike that they are hosting on December 29th. Their plans for the community tournament came after Knox held their largest CS2 tournament to date in October, a thirteen-team $3,000 tournament that was won by Sebastian "Seb" Dietrich and James "Gonzo" Madden's Fourth Quarter mixteam.

This event, which is intended for casual and local competitors, will feature a unique prizepool structure where winning teams and players fulfilling certain criteria like knife kills will earn spins on a wheel for skins, IRL prizes, and memberships to the LAN center.

Additionally, the event will be played on a unique map pool featuring winter versions of Mirage, Dust2, and Nuke alongside Train, Austria, Anubis, and Ancient.

Anyone interested in signing up for the event may do so here.
