Booty Duty win Java Gaming MLK LAN
Java Gaming Cafe held a celebratory LAN over the weekend in the spirit of the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday today. The event had several squads made up of Main to MDL players. The two day event began on Saturday with group stage that culminated in a playoffs to wrap up the LAN Sunday. The groups were seeded based on ESEA rankings.
A few rather big upsets occurred, including Blended toppling the MDL mash-up OnLANers in the first round of playoffs. Their loss shook the event as they were undoubtedly one of the favorites to win the tournament. Ultimately, Booty Duty reigned supreme as they made quick work of dont joke idiot in the finals with a swift 2-0 series.
