Complexity crush AWPless HEROIC

After starting BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024 with a loss against a HEROIC side without its AWPer, Complexity bounced back with a tough win over OG to then meet HEROIC again, this time in the lower bracket.

It seemed that the North American squad had prepared very well for this rematch, as HEROIC didn't stand a chance today.

The series started off on Anubis, picked by Complexity, who were quick to confirm their favoritism, as the NA side was leading 9-3 at the half, going into the favored T-side. There, Complexity only lost the pistol and the following round, winning the next four rounds to claim a 13-5 Anubis victory.

The early stages of Ancient showed, once again, a dominant Complexity taking a 5-1 CT-side lead but this time HEROIC would be able to turn things around and managed to reach the halftime in a 6-6 tie. HEROIC continued on top during the start of the second half, claiming a 9-6 lead before Complexity would get back on the board. The NA side would manage to tie the game 11-11 after a back-and-forth and would take things further with a 12-11 lead.

With this win, Complexity are now one win away from reaching the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024. The North Americans will face Spirit tomorrow at 06:00AM.
