BOSS to use former Bad News Bears rifler for CCT
BOSS have found a temporary fifth while the squad competes in the upcoming Champion of Champions Tour Season 2 North America Series 1. Former Bad News Bears and Evil Geniuses White stand-in Khizar "Momo" Rehman will be filling in for the team as they compete this weekend.
Momo will be joining his old teammate Saad "Pluto" Siraj who he played with while on Valors, Bad News Bears, and Vendetta.
The Pakistani player will be coming into a team that has struggled to retain talent, despite finishing the season in 9th/10th for ESL Challenger League, appeared in ESL Pro League Season 19, and are now in the playoffs of CCT Season 2 NA Series 1. The team is suffering from the losses of Josh "PwnAlone" Pigue due to retirement, Justin "FaNg" Coakley who left for Party Astronauts, and Tom "Axed" Ryan who took a break from competition.
Momo has not been too active in recent months as his last matches recorded on HLTV included the 2024 PGL Copenhagen Major Americas RMR Closed Qualifier in January 2024 and last April's Launders Lan on the team For Fun.
BOSS are scheduled to play against Snakes Den in the first round of playoffs on Friday and will use the following lineup:
