OCG part ways with lineup

The French-Canadians will now play as QcClan after failing to come to terms with their former organization.

OCG have parted ways with their French-Canadian lineup. The loss of organizational support comes after the team recently completed their lineup with the additions of Mathieu "INCRED" Bergeron and Samuel "smL" Bertrand.

Cedric "Melio" Perrault told Dust2.us that the two sides elected to not continue together after not being able to come to contractual terms. OCG declined to publicly comment on their decision to part ways with the team.

Now homeless, ex-OCG have elected to play as QcClan, which is a callback to a French-Canadian team that played in ESEA Main Season 28 and featured the core of this lineup.

While the reasons for their departures are varied, OCG join the list of organizations that have left the North American Premier scene over the past week: High Coast, Levitate, and Rise.

Now orgless, QcClan are:

  • Canada Cedric "Melio" Perrault
  • Canada Michael "miLLe" St-Pierre
  • Canada Brandon "YuZ" Cyr
  • Canada Mathieu "INCRED" Bergeron
  • Canada Samuel "smL" Bertrand

QcClan are not currently signed up for any qualifiers, leaving the start of ESEA Premier Season 37 on May 3rd as their only upcoming event.
