CLG Red and Dignitas fe invited to DreamHack Showdown Winter
DreamHack have announced the invites for DreamHack Showdown Winter, and unsurprisingly CLG Red and Dignitas fe have been selected for the North American region.
The teams finished at the top of the Summer iteration of the event, which saw six female teams compete for the $25,000 prize pool. The winter edition, however, will only feature four teams and a $20,000 prize pool in North America.
Since the Summer event, Dignitas fe took first place Super Girl Gamer Pro Championships, and have been plying their trade in VALORANT, where they have won nearly $3,000. Additionally, both CLG Red and Dignitas fe finished 9-7 in ESEA Season 35 in Advanced and Main, respectively — outside of the playoffs in both cases.
The European portion of the event will likewise feature familar teams such as Galaxy Racer fe, Arcane Wave, and XSET, who announced the signing of Originem earlier today.
