Apeks smash The MongolZ to lock playoffs

A stellar performance from the FRAG 17 attendees.

After a close win against GamerLegion earlier in the day, Apeks have locked in their spot in playoffs by completely demolishing The MongolZ with a 13-6 on Anubis. The win will now see the EU team in what very well may be their swan song head into the playoffs.

The match was truly a dominant affair for Apeks, with Apeks Rebels trial player Ådne "sense" Fredriksen having a stgellar performance, posting a 1.42 rating against the Mongolian side. His efforts saw Apeks slightly trail 6-7 on their CT-side before posting a perfect 7-0 T-side to take the map home.

With this win, Apeks will now meet one of BESTIA, M80, or Monte, with this likely being Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski's last event with the team as he has been linked with a move to Heroic as part of their international overhaul.
