Complexity crash in crushing collapse

What just happened?

A classic American-Brazilian contest on a European LAN saw Complexity go up huge at first, just to collapse towards the end. The American squad, fresh off their fantastic performance at the BLAST Premier Fall Final, hoped to continue their form at the event. As for FURIA, this was a good first win against a top opponent to kickstart their Major cycle.

Complexity were the ones to decide on Ancient instead of Inferno, much to their own benefit. Starting out on the T-side, Complexity burst out with a 6-1 lead and looked unstoppable with their aggressive mid-takes. The squad were able to play around Kaike "KSCERATO" Cerato on the A site, helping them get the early advantage. FURIA started their own comeback late in the half, but it was too little as Complexity took the first half 8-4.

However, FURIA turned the tide as they completely shut out Complexity in the second half. FURIA's T-side was even stronger than the Americans as the CTs could not manage to win a single round as FURIA cruised their way to a 13-8, come-from-behind win.
