Rise Nation take down Rogue; advance to grand final to face SoaR
Rogue began Mirage, their pick, by winning the pistol on CT side. Rise Nation countered by taking the next three. That would be the longest streak of the half for Andy "vSa" Xu's men, as they would only find solitary rounds for the remainder, as Rogue would end the half leading 10-5.
Rogue looked set to bulldoze their way to victory after taking the second half pistol, but once again Rise Nation answered back — and this time the young team gave no quarter, as they rattled off 11 rounds in a a row to complete the comeback and take the map 16-11.
Rise Nation began their map pick of Inferno with a pistol round victory on the less favorable Terrorist side. They immediately leapt out to a 5-0 lead before Rogue were able to answer back in the sixth round. But this would be the only joy for Rogue in the half, as the closest they would come to victory would be an unsuccessful 1v2 clutch attempt by Casper "cadiaN" Møller.
Rogue delayed the inevitable by taking the second half pistol thanks to an ace from stand-in Yassine "Subroza" Taoufik. However, a quick triple kill from Kaleb "moose" Jayne put a stop to their momentum, and propelled Rise Nation to a swift 16-3 map win, and 2-0 series win.
Rise Nation will now go on to face SoaR Gaming in the Dust2.us Masters #1 grand finals in what will be a sneak preview of their upcoming showdown for a spot in the next season of ESL Pro League.
