BNB, Reason through to Ace Masters Fall 2023

Bad News Bears and Reason were the highlights of the qualifier, cruising their way with relative ease over their opponents as they qualifiers for the upcoming Ace North American Masters Fall 2023 happening later this week. They will be joining Nouns, Party Astronauts, and Wildcard in hopes of eventually reaching the BLAST Fall Showdown happening in the beginning of October.

The 16-team competition featured best-of-one matches in the first round, before the qualification matches which were best-of-three series. One of the closest matches in that first round featured KARI v. Limitless, with the latter coming away with a close 16-14 win on Ancient. Limitless went down early on their T-side 4-11, but a resilient defense propelled them to victory. However, Limitless would later be eliminated 2-0 by Forsaken to earn a spot at the next stage.

Forsaken, quietly becoming one of the most fearsome teams in the region, have proven themselves capable of these online qualifiers. Joining them alongside Bad News Bears and Reason is also Zomblers, who were able to overcome the jungle and Hound as they become of the more unknown quantities heading into the Ace North American Masters Fall 2023.

The next stage of competition begins on September 7th and will run through September 10th.
