Fluxo announce revitalized lineup
After nearly a month since initial rumors emerged regarding Fluxo's plans for the off-season, the Brazilian organization have officially announced the new additions to their lineup, Romeu "zevy" Rocco, Vinicios "PKL" Coelho, and Henrique "t9rnay" Menacho. The overhaul also sees Argentine analyst Joaquin "lokomotioN" Abasolo taking the place of head coach on the squad.
Reports of Fluxo's intent to acquire players from rival Brazilian organization paiN first came to light in early June, with Fluxo reportedly initially interested in zevy, PKL, and the currently benched Wesley "hardzao" Lopes. Later reports from earlier this month suggested a shift in focus for Fluxo, who moved on from hardzao to t9rnay, a rifler from Red Canids.
The same report that highlighted Fluxo's interest in t9rnay also revealed that veteran coach Wilton "zews" Prado was set to depart from the organization, with lokomotioN slotting into the head coach position for the squad.
zevy, PKL, and t9rnay will be working alongside Vinicius "vsm" Moreira and Lucas "Lucaozy" Neves, the sole holdovers from the team's previous lineup, whose most notable achievement was qualifying for the BLAST.tv Paris Major, before exiting from the Challengers Stage with an 0-3 record. The three new additions will be taking the places of João "felps" Vasconcellos, Allan "history" Lawrenz, and Adriano "WOOD7" Cerato. While WOOD7 and history are not currently linked to any moves in the ongoing hectic Brazilian shuffle, felps reportedly has his sights set on Imperial after a potential deal with 00 Nation fell apart.
