Liquid officially announce Patsi, becomes European majority

Liquid have announced the arrival of Robert "Patsi" Isyanov to their squad, joining Aleks "Rainwaker" Petrov who was announced earlier today. Just earlier this week, Dust2.us reported that Liquid were looking to acquire Patsi and Rainwaker as the team moved to a European core with the under the leadership of Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis.

Now, that has become a reality. Meanwhile, the last piece of the Liquid puzzle is Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski, who has continued to be under a slight bidding war between Evil Geniuses and Complexity. As Dust2.us understands it and reporter earlier today, EliGE is more enticed by the Complexity offer after Evil Geniuses pivoted their roster planning at the last second.

For Liquid, this move ends their eight year involvement with a North American majority roster. The move also has the unintended consequence of removing the Legends spot from the Americas RMR and giving it to Europe, where Liquid will compete in should they maintain a majority European roster.

The new Liquid roster is now:
