dayV1D announced as Global coach
The Indian esports organization Global has announced via Twitter that Matt "dayV1D" David will be joining the team as their new coach.
dayV1D was initially reported to be working with Global all the way on April 22nd according to a report by Bhavya Shah at TalkEsport. With the move now being made official dayV1D can add another region to his resumé as the coach has worked almost everywhere over his career, having previously worked with CLG, Bulgarian squad Mortal Kombat, European team Smoke Criminals, and more recently Australian teams AVANT and ORDER.
Global are a relatively new team in the Indian scene, having signed their first team back in March. When the team first entered CS:GO they initially hosted three Indian players and two Polish players, Kamil "kamil" Kamiński and Adrian "Zorineq" Kołodziejski, though the duo left after a month with the team. Now they have an all-Indian lineup with players previously from OpTic India, Entity, and 2ez. The team are currently competing in the ESL India Premiership Summer Finals.
With the addition of dayV1D, Global are now:
