Complexity open GameStop Performance Center
Complexity have cut the ribbon on their new headquarters in Frisco, Texas, an 11,000 square-foot space that is just steps away from the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters. The new headquarters marks the second major milestone for the esports organization following their rebrand at the start of the month.
The Complexity Gaming GameStop Performance Center took over eleven months of design and planning before construction commenced in November last year. Following in the footsteps of Liquid, who opened up their own training facility in partnership with Alienware, Complexity's new headquarters will allow for the esports organization to interface and work closely alongside their investors and partners from mainstream sports and media.
Amenities in the new headquarters include a Mind Gym, where players can focus on their mental well-being and train their endurance, a decompression porch, a lab for research and testing of new esports products and merchandise, a stream studio, and training rooms and lounges for players. A shop, as well as areas for fans to socialize, interact with players, play games, and attend events is also slated to open up in the summer.
Complexity also recently announced a partnership with Miller Coors, the first of its kind in the industry as the organization looks to align esports with traditional sports by offering alcohol to drinking-age fans. A Miller Lite Player Lounge also offers the opportunity for professional players to relax and recuperate in their downtime.
