MASSIVEimpact undergo a massive restructure
Marian "tyfoon" Lesnic announced yesterday that he is no longer a part of MASSIVEimpact and is currently looking for a new team. In addition to tyfoon, both Daniel "roca" Gustaferri and Connor "CONNOR93" Glover have also stepped down from the team, Dust2.us knows.
In his Tweet, tyfoon did not specify why he is no longer a part of MASSIVEimpact, however Dust2.us has learned that the player was cut. tyfoon joined MASSIVEimpact back in February, helping the team finish MDL Season 30 with a 9-8 record and retain their spot in the league.
Following tyfoon’s removal from the team, Dust2.us was told that roca left MASSIVEimpact due to a disagreement with the remaining players over tyfoon's removal from the lineup.
With the departure of the trio of players, MASSIVEimpact's depleted roster is now:
- Sebastian "seb" Bucki
- Collin "wrath" McSweegan
It isn't currently known who will fill the now vacant positions on the team, however it should be noted that the above pair played their WINNERS League match against Chris and the boys utilizing Will "dazzLe" Loafman, Skyler "Relyks" Weaver, and Chad "Oderus" Miller. The very different MASSIVEimpact lineup took that match 16-7 on Train, and currently sit atop Group C after finishing with a 5-2 record.
MASSIVEimpact will have a bit of time to replenish their roster as they currently have no matches scheduled for the coming week.
