Earlybirds fill the nest after Wolffe is pushed out
Liam "xCAPE" Redmond has joined Earlybirds for the remainder of ESEA Advanced Season 41. The move was abruptly announced following Kyle "Wolffe" Greenfield informing the team that he was trying out for another team just three hours prior to their game against Brazen Black. The tryout game that Wolffe was partaking in was scheduled for the same time as Earlybirds' official against Brazen Black, which resulted in Josiah "JoJo" Jimenez being forced to step in for the team on short notice, with Earlybirds being defeated 12-16 with their stand-in.
xCAPE's move to Earlybirds was announced by Noah "insane" Eheart on Twitter, shortly following the disbanding of his Omega lineup. The team parted ways after struggling to maintain a consistent starting five, with Noah "flixxy" French filling the void left by Jason "gir" Fox before ultimately being replaced himself by xCAPE. The final game Omega played officially was on the 14th of May, where xCAPE top fragged for his team in a losing effort to Eros on Vertigo.
As for Wolffe, his departure was also announced by insane on Twitter. Wolffe had been a part of the Earlybirds roster since he had announced his return to Counter-Strike from VALORANT on April 8th. He is now representing Drunken Masterz in Advanced who hold a 3-5 record, winning their first and only game thus far with Wolffe 16-6 against Hyperspace Dark.
