Valors add castro and aleph
Valors have rounded out their roster, hopefully for the last time, with the addition of former Valors player Wayne "castro" Einarsson. He joins in the place of Khizar "MoMo" Rehman, who was the most recent Valors player of late to jump to Bad News Bears.
Valors have also made a coaching change, seeing Seng "Filo" Tu Aung replaced by Chris "aleph" Froden after three weeks with the team.
This roster move marks castro's return to ECL/Premier after three seasons away from the division. He previously played for the likes of OCG and Russian Canadians in Premier.
As previously mentioned, castro formerly played for Valors during ESEA Advanced Season 39 before being cut alongside Devin "AtomiK" Ferrell in favor of Damian "droid" Boulware and Robert "robby" Brown. At the time he told Dust2.us he had no ill will towards Valors, which will likely smooth his transition back into the team.
filo's replacement, aleph, will be making his ECL debut this season after peaking in ESEA Main playoffs as a player. droid told Dust2.us that aleph was brought in to replace filo due to aleph taking a more active role in the team. Additionally, droid said they will use him for any events on FACEIT due to droid being permanently banned from the platform.
Valors are now:
-
Jake "WOOHOO" J.
-
Damian "droid" Boulware
-
Conner "Geek" Golding
-
Matthew "nero" Seymour
-
Wayne "castro" Einarsson
-
Chris "aleph" Froden (Coach)
Barring any last minute roster shenanigans, Valors will make their debut against ONET4P tomorrow at 8PM EST.
