robby steps down from Bad News Bears; MoMo joins from Valors
Robert "robby" Brown has stepped down from Bad News Bears for personal reasons, Dust2.us has confirmed. In his place, recent Valors addition Khizar "MoMo" Rehman has joined the team. In something of a coincidence, he is the third Valors player to make the move over to Bad News Bears in recent weeks, following robby and Saad "Pluto" Siraj's own moves to the team.
robby told Dust2.us that he elected to step down from Bad News Bears due to personal issues affecting his ability to dedicate an acceptable amount of time to the team. robby said that Bad News Bears are set to make changes that will allow them to commit more time to the game and that "they deserve to have a teammate who is on board with their mission entirely."
During his short tenure with the team robby helped Bad News Bears to a second-place finish in Super League Arena Winter 2022. Outside of that, his only other event was ESEA x Fragadelphia Winter Cash Cup 2 which saw the team surprisingly eliminated in the second round by Sebastian "Florence" O.'s Kinship Black.
robby's replacement, MoMo, is set to play his first season of ECL/Premier with Bad News Bears. He recently attended Fragadelphia 16: Chicago with all aim no name, finishing in second place behind InControl.
