Bravado return home for South African WESG qualifier
Though Bravado's MDL Season 29 campaign ended at the hands of cantwinalan, there is no time for the South Africans to rest on their laurels. The organization has revealed that the team are set to return to their home country in order to participate in their WESG qualifiers, hosted by Mettlestate.
Bravado are no strangers to WESG, having participated in both 2016 and 2017, finishing in 13-16th both times.
There are currently an impressive 43 teams signed up for the open qualifier, which is set to begin on November 18th. If Bravado manage to survive the gaunlet, they would have to return to South Africa for the Finals weekend in early December. Should they earn top honors there, they would also claim the $2,000 prize, as well as their tickets to China for a third straight year.
Bravado's non-WESG-related itinerary currently consists of a stop in Sweden for DreamHack Open Winter, as well as the Americas Minor North America Closed Qualifier for IEM Katowice, which will run from December 12th to 15th.
