smL moves to LiviD bench, MkaeL (re)joins
Canadian Advanced squad LiviD have announced a small change to their roster. Moving to the team's backup spot will be Samuel "smL" Bertrand, being replaced by Michael "MkaeL" De Luca.
In smL's TwitLonger, he cites not being able to practice at the same level as the rest of the team as being the main reason for him stepping down. MkaeL makes a return to the team, albeit without playing any official matches during his previous tenure, after being replaced by Anthony "gMd" Guimond shortly before the season began.
smL was replaced after four games in the season, with the team taking a 3-1 record. MkaeL's first game with the team was a win, meaning the team are currently 4-1 with upcoming fixtures against Cerus, FURIA and blitz reborn to be played.
LiviD's roster for the remainder of ESEA Advanced Season 29 is:
- Michael "miLLe" St-Pierre
- Yannick "KOLER" Blanchette
- Danny "huynh" Huynh
- Anthony "gMd" Guimond
- Michael "MkaeL" De Luca
- Samuel "smL" Bertrand (backup)
It is worth noting that this will not be the roster LiviD will be competing with at the upcoming WESG Canada online playoffs, with Loic "effys" Sauvageau coming in to replace gMd, with the latter taking part with the already-qualified Ghost mix.
