Dignitas fe enlist minnieyo, Theia for WESG USA Women's qualifier
With Those Damn Canadians having qualified recently for the WESG Canada Women's regional finals, the remaining American players of Dignitas fe have banded together for the upcoming WESG USA Women's qualifier under the moniker Star Spangled Fraggers.
To fill the absent slots left by Canadian teammates Catherine "CAth" Leroux and Amanda "rain" Smith, the team have enlisted the help of fellow Americans Minnie "minnieyo" Chailert and Melisa "Theia" Mundorff.
minnieyo is currently competing in ESEA Main with who said WHAT, who qualified for the division after reaching the quarter-finals of ESEA Open last season before being knocked out by Alone in a 2-1 series.
minnieyo will briefly reunite with former teammate Emmalee "EMUHLEET" Garrido, with the two previously playing together in Season 12 and 13 of ESEA Open on n0ir and Pink Taco, respectively. Season 13 was notably minnieyo's last season of ESEA before she eventually returned in Season 28 with the aforementioned who said WHAT.
Theia returns to the WESG Americas female qualifier after playing with Freedom Fighters in last year's circuit. The American player is currently competing in ESEA Open with We Love Dogs and also appeared at Fragadelphia 11 and 12.
The American Dignitas fe players previously banded together last year along with Regan "raerae" Slay and Christine "potter" Chi under the name American Eagles. While the team did make it to the North American Female finals, they were unable to qualify for the world finals after falling to CLG Red in the semi-finals 2-1.
The star-spangled roster for the WESG USA Women's qualifier is:
- Emmalee "EMUHLEET" Garrido
- Carolyn "artStar" Noquez
- Kiara "milk" Makua
- Minnie "minnieyo" Chailert
- Melisa "Theia" Mundorff
Currently, Star Spangled Fraggers and the CLG Red mix team cheeseburger are the only teams signed up for the WESG USA Women's qualifier #1. However, registration is still open until September 22nd.
