ECS Season 6 Finals headed to Texas
FACEIT have announced the dates and location for the ECS Season 6 Finals. Running from November 22-25, in Arlington, Texas, the event will take place at Esports Stadium Arlington, which is "the largest dedicated esports facility in North America".
Eight teams from Europe and North America will do battle in Texas' seventh most populous city. While the prize pool has been announced by FACEIT at $3 million, the organizer are notorious for combining regular season winnings with those available at LAN.
Before that happens, however, the full team list for ECS Season 6 must be determined. The second open qualifier for the Challenger Cup, which will promote two teams to the league, will commence this Friday. Sign up is available from our Calendar page.
One of the teams already confirmed for the Challenger Cup is compLexity, who currently await their quarterfinals match against MIBR at the FACEIT Major London. With the team being based close by in Frisco, Texas, they surely will feel additional desire to make their way back into FACEIT's league and perform.
