compLexity eliminate TeamOne in Toronto

The North American squad overpowered the Brazilians on two maps (Nuke 16-10, Train 16-12)

The first map of Nuke began with a bang, as Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker picked up three kills early on, but Victor "iDk" Torraca brought it back for his team and secured the pistol round with a quadruple kill. TeamOne couldn't convert the round however, as yay and compLexity won the second.

compLexity powered their way to a large lead off of good plays from yay and Rory "dephh" Jackson, securing a stable economy for their CT side. TeamOne finally secured a round and the one following it through some comprehensive A executes. On the 14th round, iDk was left in a 1 on 2, but was unable to make it down to the B bombsite in time, which led to compLexity finishing off the half 12-3.

dephh began the second half with a huge triple kill and 1v2, but Caike "caike" Costa picked up three critical kills in the following round and gave his team a chance. TeamOne began to get a bit of momentum, picking up 7 total rounds, but coL got back into the game off the back of a triple kill by Alec "Slemmy" White.

The Americans were unable to convert the round and avoid the loss bonus reset, and Alencar "trk" Rossato continued to rack up kills and further TeamOne's comeback. yay and Peter "ptr" Gurney decided to finally finish off Nuke, and both got important kills on their way to finishing off map one 16-10.

TeamOne kicked off Train with another pistol round win which then led into another reset by the hands of yay. This put coL up to a quick and early lead much like the previous map, but thanks to some great play caike and iDk, TeamOne managed to pull it back and keep it close until the final rounds where the Brazilians pulled ahead and secured a 9-6 CT half.

compLexity's resident Brit once again had an explosive second pistol round with a quadruple kill, and for the first time in the series, the second round was won by the team who won the pistol. The second half was also quite close the whole way, with yay waking up again and putting up huge numbers. trk was the main force keeping TeamOne in the game, having multi-kills in almost all of their round wins, but in the end ptr and Bradley "androidx23" Fodor were too much for the South American team, resulting in compLexity winning Train 16-12.
