MEGA JUNERS pick up ARIANARCHIST after qualifier success
ESL Impact squad MEGA JUNERS have announced the addition of Ariane "ARIANARCHIST" Lafrenière to the team's ranks, seeing the player link up with MEGA JUNERS on a long-term basis after helping the squad qualify to ESL Impact League Season 7. To make room for the incoming addition, the team have parted ways with Lily "Quacko" Warren, while Kyedae "AuhnaNaki" Auhna Anderson has taken over as the team's AWPer.
ARIANARCHIST will return to ESL Impact League after previously playing with Lotus and cleanup crew in Season 6 and Season 5, respectively. Among her new teammates, Veronica "Lexa" Short, is the only other player with ESL Impact League experience, having made her debut last season with Aware Impact. The remainder of the team are all quite fresh to the Impact scene and competitive Counter-Strike in general, starting their competitive careers last year on the GIRLYPOPS mixteam.
This new team competed in both open qualifiers for ESL Impact League Season 7, falling short in the first qualifier after a loss to Nouns.fe before advancing out of the second qualifier after wins over Old Skool and The Little Bocks.
