viz says Party Astronauts' collapse is "likely the nail in the coffin" for him
Party Astronauts' roster imploded on the night of February 10th due to Colby "Walco" Walsh and Tommy "Axed" Ryan departing the team in dramatic fashion. The duo fired shots toward Justin "FaNg" Coakley, who blamed Axed for the team's issues.
In the aftermath of Party Astronauts' collapse, Wesley "viz" Harris shared his perspective without blaming anybody and instead pointed out that this might be the end of the road for him.

"I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunities that I've been given," viz said on X last night.
"Traveling the world at a young age and competing is what I lived for, but I believe that this is likely the nail in the coffin for me as I don't really know what my next step could or should be. If the right opportunity arises I would be all ears, but until that time comes, sadly I will be back to radio silence."
viz ended his statement by thanking former teammates and everyone else he met throughout his journey as a player. The 23-year-old played in different iterations of Party Astronauts and started this final stint in December 2024.
Party Astronauts are seriously compromised as they don't have any roster additions remaining in ESL Challenger League Season 49 North America and forfeited the Ace Masters Spring Closed Qualifier finals yesterday after Axed and Walco departed. They'll probably have to forfeit the IEM Dallas 2025 Closed Qualifier, too, as it's unlikely ESL will grant them an emergency sub.
