Party Astronauts forfeit Ace Masters Spring Closed Qualifier finals

Party Astronauts have forfeited their deciding match in the Ace North American Masters Spring 2025 Closed Qualifier against MIGHT, seeing the team miss out on an opportunity to fight for a spot in BLAST Open Spring 2025. The forfeit follows a chaotic day for the Party Astronauts squad with the sudden departures of Tommy "Axed " Ryan and Colby "Walco" Walsh from the orgless team leading to a war of words breaking out over who was to blame for the souring of relations in the team.

While that is a largely subjective matter, what is not disputed is how the departures have hurt Party Astronauts as a whole. The team have now had to forfeit the Ace North American Masters Spring 2025 Closed Qualifiers while it is likely they will need to drop out of the IEM Dallas 2025 Closed Qualifier due to it being unlikely the team will be granted an emergency sub.

Likewise, Party Astronauts may be unable to finish ESL Challenger League Season 48 due to running out of roster moves, with this likely spelling the end for the core as a whole. It would mark the sad conclusion of the fourth iteration of Party Astronauts which was founded back in April 2023.
