d4rty cut from TSM's rumored squad
Matthew "d4rty" Paplawskas has confirmed to Dust2.us that he has been cut from TSM's rumored North American CS2 project, seeing the player exit the "Getting Info" roster a month after first being tied to the team.
d4rty played his final match under the Getting Info tag on January 25th, a 2-0 win over Alter Iron in CCT NA Season 2 Series 4. Since then, Getting Info has fielded three players: Gage "Infinite" Green, Derek "dare" Brown, and Dylan "slump" Naylor.
Dust2.us understands that Infinite playing for the team was a one-off situation ahead of the player's break from competition. As for slump, the AWPer joining Getting Info long-term seems unlikely as Deni "dea" Ediev already wields the big green gun for the rumored TSM squad. Finally, while dare makes the most sense from a role perspective it is worth remembering he is also a stand-in for the team in ESL Challenger League Season 48, so it is possible Getting Info fielded the former timbermen player out of convenience.
For now, things remain shrouded in mystery as TSM are yet to announce the roster a month after Dust2.us reported they were in talks with the NA roster. Anthony "vanity" Malaspina declined to comment to Dust2.us, while d4rty did not respond to a request for further comment after confirming his departure from the team.
