mang0 departs Amped after more a year with Advanced org
On March 6th, Sri Lankan-American rifler Erantha "mang0" Arachchi announced his departure from ESEA Advanced squad Amped. His departure follows the team narrowly missing out on ESEA Advanced Season 52 playoffs, finishing the regular season with an 8-6 record, setting the team up to miss playoffs due to head-to-head and other tiebreakers.
In mang0's post on X marking his departure from the team, mang0 said that he felt his enthusiasm for competing in the league had diminished due to a number of factors, including mental health issues, increased work commitments, and other factors in his life. mang0's exit from Amped sees the player leave the organization after more than a year under the organization, having originally joined the team in October 2023.
Amped are now:
-
Thomas "bones" Degenhardt
-
Cole "cole" Anderson
-
Alex "AJ" Jackson
-
Cody "Wilson" Wilson
Amped will now need to regroup and find a replacement for mang0 ahead of ESEA Advanced Season 53.
