Close, but not good enough

Complexity additions show positive signs against legendary woxic performance

Eternal Fire's AWPer turned back the clocks with his performance.

Complexity's second half struggles reappeared against the red hot Eternal Fire in Katowice, and the NA roster had no answer for Özgür "woxic" Eker on Train.

After a close first half on Anubis, Complexity completely fell apart on the second half, failing to pick up a single round on their CT side. It was another quiet map for Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk and Nicholas "nicx" Lee, who combined for just 13 kills.

Complexity looked dominant in the first half of Train, leading 8-4 at half. But once again, the team looked lost on the CT side, allowing Eternal Fire to force overtime. Woxic dropped 40 kills on Train, 29 of which came from his trusty AWP. A crazy 1v2 from him in overtime effectively broke Complexity's back, and Eternal Fire claimed Train 19-15.

The positive takeaway from Train was the much improved performance from nicx and cxzi, who dropped 30 and 22 kills, respectively, but a map win still eludes the new roster.
