BLAST are looking forward to 2025 and beyond

BLAST CEO Andrew Haworth: "We're bringing something that stands out"

BLAST 3.0 will bring new products to the CS2 scene.

In an interview with HLTV, BLAST CEO Andrew Haworth made comments on what the tournament organizer will be bringing to the scene with BLAST 3.0 being ushered in this year.

Haworth mentioned the different BLAST tournaments - Bounty, Rivals, and Open - and how each of them will bring their own compelling storylines. He said that they would not feel like the same event with different wrapping.

He says that for BLAST Rivals, one can expect the same vibe of the usual BLAST events, but with a little bit extra that some of the other events may not get.

Haworth also stated that there will be less interplay from one event to another, which led to matches having not much meaning, as he explains by saying a group match in January shouldn't determine a placing at a final in the summer.

BLAST are aware that Counter-Strike is a global game and they will be looking at many different cities they haven't visited before, like Singapore now and Monterrey later in the year. They also haven't lost sight of where their roots came from, as the CEO stated they will be returning to Denmark soon and already have set up a return to London.
