Media: E-Xolos LAZER suffers another change to their ranks

More changes are reportedly coming to the Mexican organization.

According to reporting by Dust2 Brasil and Brasil Storm CS, E-Xolos LAZER are set to suffer another change in their ranks as William "w1" Almasan is set to leave the lineup heading into 2025. w1's reported departure from E-Xolos LAZER follows the departure of Paulo "land1n" Felipe from the team's ranks in early November.

The E-Xolos LAZER roster is currently based in Mexico and competes in North America, most notably in ESL Challenger League. The team recently finished Season 48 with an impressive eighth-place finish in their first season in the division.

Despite this success in ECL, it appears that the Mexican organization is aiming to assemble a stronger roster for next year, with land1n's departure being performance related. With the introduction of the Valve Ranking System (VRS) ahead of us, it may suggest E-Xolos are unsatisfied being a middle of the pack team in the Americas.

Should w1 leave the team, E-Xolos LAZER would consist of:

  • Brazil Matheus "mawth" Gonçalves

  • Brazil Alef "tatazin" Pereira

  • Brazil Daniel "danoco" Morgado
