Valve teases release of Keychains, New Case

Tonight Valve have teased the addition of long-awaited Keychains to the game alongside a new case and changes to the sticker scratch system used for in-game items as part of a potential future update. The teaser for these new additions to Counter-Strike 2 come after Valve engaged in some playful banter with the community about a potential new update.

The teaser for keychains comes after the potential addition to the game were first teased months ago by community figure like Gabe Follower who showed off the in-game strings related to the item all the way back in June 2024. With the addition of keychains, Valve have also teased a new case, which hopefully follow other much-requested changes alongside the cosmetic changes valve have been adding to CS2 in recent months/
